1. SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to deliver your jewelry as quickly and safely as possible.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
- Delivery Timeline: Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- COD Fee: An additional convenience fee of ₹50 applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. This fee is non-refundable.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
2. RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN) POLICY
In cases where the package is returned to us (RTO) due to reasons such as:
- Customer being unavailable to pick up the order after multiple attempts.
- Customer refusing to accept the delivery without a valid reason.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
RTO Charges: In such cases, the customer will be liable to pay a penalty of ₹40 or 5% of the total order amount (whichever is higher). This amount will be deducted from any future credit or refund, or must be paid before we re-ship the order.
3. RETURN POLICY
Important: 1-Day Return Window
We offer a strict 1-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- You must initiate the return within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving your package.
- Partial Returns: You can select specific items from your order for return; you do not need to return the entire order.
- The item must be in its original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- An unboxing video is mandatory to process claims for damaged or missing items.
4. REFUND POLICY
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Method: If approved, refunds will be issued to your provided Bank Account or UPI ID. We do not issue automatic refunds to the original payment instrument.
- Timeline: Once the refund is approved and we receive your payment details, it will be processed within 2-3 business days.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items on final sale or promotional clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
You can initiate a return directly through our application:
- Go to the "My Orders" section in the app.
- Select the order containing the items you wish to return.
- Select the specific items you want to return.
- Specify the reason for return for each selected item.
- Upload Image or Video proof of the item (e.g., highlighting defects or incorrect items).
- Submit the request.
Note: Every return request must be accompanied by visual proof to be processed.
